What should I do with it? I want a scene/emo haircut, but I can't dye it. I bet I can get certain colors of highlights though. What cut should I get, and what else should I do to make my hair look awesome? Thanks =D

curl your hair w/ a large medium to large barrel curling iron ( make sure you use a heat protector), toss your hair to the left or right of your face, and tie it in a low pony tail w/ a black rubberband! that's should look really cute on you!

Ohhh you are very smart to conceal your face!! In regards to your question, I think a sheeky feathered look would be cute with some blonde high lights.....Emo is quickly dying out, not so many are going with that style where we live......Just keep it fun and good luck...

from the look of your pic you have a long almost rectangular face.. this gives you a lot of options especially if you are willing to go short. I would do heavy highlights throughout of blonde or possibly another color (though if you do a color mix in some blonde so its not to over powering)... try looking through pictures of shorter haircuts to se what you like and then ask your hairdresser to help you make it your own.
