Ugh i hate it when people ask this. But.?

Like, -.-, i dont want to sound like a poser or anything like everyone else on here does but ive had... "scene/emo" hair for a couple years now, im 14 and my hair is rly thick.

I want to know how to cut my bangs/hair myself because everytime i go to the salon they ALWAYS get it wrong.

So, im looking to get my bangs like short on the left side and going a lil longer to my right, but not so much as side swept bangs. My bangs go straight across my head tho. heres a picture of my hair.

And i just need to know how to get my hair on the other side of my hair exactly like this-

the other side is longer than it -.- cuz the lady that cut my hair sucks.

But, yeah.

:D

All help is apprieciated.

Awh.

I think that haircut looks super cute!!!

Just some advice, next time you go and you don't like what she has done to your hair, let here know so she can fix it while you are there. They can't read your mind.

If you only went today or a few days ago maybe you could go back and tell her maybe she will fix it tell her you didn't notice till now.

If you want to try and fix it, cut the pieces shorter toward your bangs then work your way down to longer layers.

Still best bet would to go back. Sorry I can't help you more, hope this does help somewhat though.

I know how you feel though, I have a similar hair cut and the lady always cut one side longer than the other.

Personally, I'd do it when your hair is dry, because if it's wet then you might cut too much off. There's no real technique lol, you just sorta can go at it. I really don't know what else to tell you. I like your hair though.
